Asador Bastian Third visit already! My go-to for late-night steak cravings in Chicago 🥩✨ 🍔 Rossini Burger Hand-cut beef paired with foie gras and black truffle. The beef is rich and juicy, the foie gras melts in your mouth with intense flavor, and the black truffle adds an irresistible aroma. Truly a next-level burger experience! 🥩 Masters Angus Tried the 2-year Black Angus, dry-aged in the Bronx, NY. Ordered medium rare—the first cut came out closer to medium, but our server noticed and brought us another perfectly medium rare piece without us even asking. Great service! 👏 The dry-aged aroma had subtle nutty notes—classic and satisfying. But if it’s your first time here, I’d still recommend the 7-year Galiciana steak 🥩—deeper, more complex flavor that’s truly special! 🥩 Truffle Beef Tartare A steakhouse’s tartare never disappoints. Tender, clean-cut beef enriched with foie gras for extra richness, and finished with bold black truffle aroma. Delicious! 🐙 Seared Baby Octopus Daily special. Only the tentacles were served (the head removed). This octopus was medium-sized but unfortunately very tough—almost impossible to chew. Not recommended ❌. 🦀 Spider Crab Arroz Cremoso This creamy spider crab risotto has become a must-order for me. Each visit brings a slightly different flavor profile, and this time the crustacean aroma was especially rich and satisfying! 🥔 Fallow Fried Potatoes Saw a nearby table devouring these last time, so I had to try.
