It's the creation of renowned chef José Andrés, who also has branches in New York, Miami, and Las Vegas. 🌟 The Chicago location features a lively bar downstairs and the main dining area upstairs. The menu focuses on a variety of meat dishes—it's truly a carnivore's paradise. The freshly sliced Spanish Iberian ham is fantastic, especially when paired with the classic combination of tomato bread. There's also a delicate appetizer where the ham is wrapped in nori with caviar, offering a sophisticated and layered taste. Each dish is a perfect balance of flavor and presentation, pleasing both the eyes and the palate.
