Chicago Deep Dish Pizza — Pequod’s, Marked from Netflix 📺

I first marked this pizza after watching the food doc Somebody Feed Phil — and compared to the two chains I’ve tried, this one is truly the best. The doc was right: the best.😍❤️ Two people can share a small — you can add your own toppings. Must-add: fresh garlic — instantly makes the whole pizza incredibly fragrant!😊👌 Mushrooms and sausage are solid too. The tomato sauce here is just right — perfectly sweet and tangy. Not sure if it got famous from the doc or has always been packed — but there’s always a long wait. Unless you get lucky like us this time — suddenly a table opened up and we sat right away. Otherwise, the host said wait time could be 1–2 hours 😅. Pizzas are made fresh, so expect a 30–40 min wait. Love that they serve it right in the pan.
