(Alternative: Beet Tartare — sweet, crunchy, and tasty!) 🐔 Chicken Croquette Fried chicken and parsley balls — aromatic and delicious 😋 🍵 Tea (Lightly Smoked Fruit & Vegetable Tea) A unique, tangy mushroom-infused tea — surprisingly refreshing and appetizing. 🐟 Tuna with Smoked Tomato 🍅 Delicate pairing of fresh tuna and smoky tomato. 🐟 Halibut with Crushed Shellfish Served with celery-apple sauce — fish was slightly overcooked, but the summer flavors were nice. 🦆 Duck Liver Terrine Rich and smooth, no off flavors. 🐙 Grilled Octopus (à la carte add-on) Decent but not particularly memorable. 🥩 Striploin & Beef Sausage The steak was fine, but the beef sausage stood out! Loved the pickled purple cabbage side — so refreshing. The crusty, buttery bread was also a win. (Alternative: Agnolotti — pine nut zucchini ricotta dumplings, pretty good!) 🍮 Anise Jelly Frozen anise mint jelly — a palate-cleansing curiosity. 🍮 Panna Cotta Blueberry lavender panna cotta — top was a bit sweet, but the lavender layer with pearls was lovely and unique. Overall, a solid one-star creative meal. $125 per person for the set menu, $30 corkage fee for BYO wine — fair pricing.
