Served with a small scale, it's freshly sliced and weighed at your table. The ham is not too salty and has a rich aroma. It's perfect with a glass of wine. 3️⃣ Jose Taco A visually appealing dish. The flavor of the nori (seaweed) is a bit dominant, overshadowing the ham and caviar, but it's very photogenic. 4️⃣ Bone-in Striploin Bone-in Striploin Steak 🥩 cooked medium rare. The texture is just right, not as fatty as a ribeye but still tender. The grilling is well done, and the portion is generous.
