Chicago Food đ˝ď¸
Volare has become a must-eat spot in Chicago! After a day of research, I found this restaurant highly recommended by many, but also heavily criticized by others! No opinion without trying it myselfâso today, letâs experience it from a touristâs perspective: â Seated smoothly, service was warm and attentive. There was an uncle dedicated to refilling waterâhe watched the whole dining room intently, clearly passionate about his pouring job đ. One detail: we ordered lemonade, which I found too sweet and didnât drink. The server noticed and came over to ask if everything was okay. So service-wise, pretty good! We ordered two popular dishes: đŚ Squid Ink Pasta đ¤ Seafood Stir-Fry Remember the prices: $27 and $38! Canât recall much else, but those prices stuck with me! Personally, I think itâs affordable and tasty! Portions are decentâtwo dishes are enough for two people! I really loved the squid ink pastaâcreamy, well-seasoned, and not overpowering even by the last bite! The seafood stir-fry was just okay for me since Iâm not a fan of vinegar flavor, but my husband enjoyed it! The restaurant environment is a bit noisy, but itâs not a fine dining place anyway. For dessert, we tried the Semifreddoâan almond pastry! đ° If you love almonds, go for it! If not, you might feel like youâre eating cough syrup đ. Overall, a pleasant surpriseâno disappointments! Satisfied! đ #Chicago #ChicagoFood #ChicagoFoodReview #ChicagoEats #ChicagoLife #ChicagoTravel
