Chicago Food Review|Bistronomic
After trying so many French restaurants in Chicago, I truly believe this one stands out in terms of quality and consistency! Appetizers we tried: Foie Gras 🦢 – Rich and creamy mousse, but balanced with a sweet-tart fruit jam. Spread on bread, it was indulgent yet refreshing. Garlic Escargot 🐌 – Fragrant, buttery, and perfectly savory. Tuna Tartare 🐟 (their "Tartare of the Day" – changes regularly) – All three starters were delicious, with no disappointments! Main Courses: 1️⃣ Duck Breast 🦆 – Good flavor, but cooked around medium (closer to medium-well in the center), making it quite chewy. The duck taste is pronounced, so avoid if you’re sensitive to gaminess. 2️⃣ Lamb Shank 🍖 – From the special dinner menu. Tender, well-braised, and flavorful with only a mild lamb taste. Very satisfying! 3️⃣ Beef Bourguignon 🥘 – My top pick! Tender, slow-cooked beef served with pasta — deeply flavorful and comforting. Highly recommended! Overall, Bistronomic delivers in both taste and execution. A must-try for French cuisine lovers in Chicago! #ChicagoFoodExploration #ChicagoRestaurants #ChicagoEats #ChicagoDining #ChicagoFoodie
