I often ordered takeout from Royal Highness Zhu, and today was my second time dining in. The food smells even better in person, and this is definitely a place worth coming back to! 🍔 Here's what I ordered this time👇 🍖 Crispy Golden Pork Strips Freshly deep-fried, these pork strips have a crispy exterior and tender interior. They are not tough at all and have a delightful texture. 🍖 🍗 Tempting Bon Bon Chicken This dish has a cold, marinated flavor, is spicy and savory, and the chicken is very tender. It's one of those dishes that you can't stop eating once you start. 🍗 🌶️ Hot & Sour Fern Root Noodles The chewy fern root noodles are coated in a savory sauce that is both spicy and sour, making it very appetizing. 🍜 🍲 Mixed Veggies and Proteins in Hot Pot This hot pot is packed with ingredients like beef slices, tripe, and crab sticks. It is flavorful and very satisfying. 🍲 🐷 Chengdu Pigs Foot Soup The milky white soup is very flavorful, and the pig's feet are cooked until they are tender and falling apart. This dish is full of collagen and is very nourishing. 🍲 🍡 Three Cannons This dessert is made of glutinous rice balls coated in brown sugar syrup. It is chewy and delicious, similar to sticky rice balls. 🍡 🍖 Spicy Duck Neck This is the first time I've had duck neck in the US, and it was a delightful experience. It's perfect for snacking while watching TV. 🍗 🍧 Refreshing Water Jelly Cake with Fermented Rice After enjoying some spicy food, having some refreshing water jelly cake with fermented rice is a great way to cool down. The fermented rice adds a nice touch. 🍧 🥛 Soy Milk This soy milk is rich in flavor and helps to balance out the spiciness of the meal. It's a comforting and familiar taste. 🥛 The restaurant's decor is themed around the Sanxingdui culture, which is both unique and charming. The utensils are creatively designed as shovels and wrenches, adding a fun and playful touch to the dining experience. 🛠️ The service at Royal Highness Zhu is excellent. The staff are attentive and frequently check in to refill water.
