This weekend, I visited friends at UIUC and squeezed in a whirlwind Chicago day trip! ❄️ Despite the freezing winds, I instantly fell in love—walking through downtown felt like stepping into a movie scene! 🎬 📍 Highlights (All Within Minutes of Each Other!): 🤍 Millennium Park Area: Cloud Gate (The Bean) – Iconic mirror selfies! 🤳 DuSable Bridge – Skyline + river views = perfect photo op! 🌉 Art Institute of Chicago – Van Gogh, Monet, and more masterpieces 🖼️ (wish I had more time!). 🚶 Strolling Michigan Ave was my favorite part—gothic skyscrapers, bustling cafes, and that big-city energy! ✨ 🌟 Why I’m Obsessed: Architecture: Every corner feels cinematic. 🎥 Walkability: So much to see in one compact area!
