A constant order for us—tender beef tartare served with sourdough and two sauces: one with mentaiko flavor, the other slightly spicy. ORECCHIETTE PUGLIESE – $25.99 Chewy “cat ear” pasta with sausage and bitter greens—balanced and satisfying. LASAGNA BOLOGNESE ROTOLO – $34.99 🔥 A signature dish! Not your typical layered lasagna—rolled into three bakes, crispy on the edges, rich in meat sauce. Addictive!
