Chicago Hidden Gem Michelin: Atelier ⭐

Came here for a company event and realized — almost no reviews online? Guess I’ll add one then! We had the Tasting Menu. It wasn’t the “first bite blows you away” kind of wow, but a few dishes really stood out — the kind that grows on you as you eat. 📍 Must-mention highlight: Short Rib Crispy Rice The short rib itself wasn’t overly fatty, but the star was that green sauce (no idea what it was 🤣). One bite and it completely cut through the richness — refreshing and addictive. The dish wouldn’t be the same without it! 🍗 Roasted Quail Leg was another pleasant surprise Perfectly cooked — crispy, fragrant skin with tender, juicy meat inside. Only flaw: way too small!
