Beef is tender yet chewy, the broth is 100/100, and the smooth, soft noodles paired with pickled radish and peas? Absolutely love it! The owner said the best bowl is the one served at 9 AM right when they open. 🐔 Spicy Sour Chicken Gizzards Exactly the sour-spicy flavor I expected: pickled radish, pickled chili, red + green peppers. Spice lovers might want it a bit hotter — but the gizzards were fresh, no weird taste, super rice-worthy! 🍈 Winter Melon I always order winter melon when eating Hunan food — ever since being blown away by a big bowl of it in Changsha! But gotta say, Xiang Xiang Xiang’s big bowl winter melon is still unbeatable. 🦆 Wine Duck Similar flavor to Xiang Xiang Xiang’s, but still not spicy enough. I prefer Xiang Xiang Xiang’s version. 🖤 Black Stinky Tofu So excited — haven’t had black stinky tofu in years! Stinky but fragrant, with enough and cilantro — just how I like it! 🤔 Really want to try the jumping frog and chicken gizzards mixed pot — anyone had them?
