Chicago Japanese Cuisine--Momotaro
๐ฃ Sushi, Sashimi, and Hand Rolls At this place, the a la carte items usually come with 2 pieces of sashimi (except for sweet shrimp) or 1 piece of sushi. ๐๐ผ Highly recommend the salmon, sweet shrimp, sea urchin, and tuna belly! Especially the sweet shrimp and sea urchin, they are incredibly, incredibly, incredibly sweet and fresh. The blissful taste makes my mind spin in circles๏ฝ So I ordered an additional serving of each! Personally, I also enjoy the chewy and bouncy texture of red snapper. ๐ฃ The Momomaki hand roll is delicious! It contains 6 pieces, topped with tuna, wrapped with spicy octopus and dried radish, offering a rich variety of textures. ๐ฅ Beef Stone Pot Bibimbap The rice and beef aroma is particularly strong! It also includes mushrooms. If you're still hungry, this is a good dish to order. Remember to mix it well and scoop it out quickly after mixing, otherwise, the residual heat at the bottom of the pot will turn all the rice into crispy rice crusts. ๐Momotaro ๐820 W Lake St, Chicago, IL 60607 #Chicago#Momotaro#food diary
