Chicago Korean Cuisine ๐ Super Delicious Jjajangmyeon and Sweet and S
It was my first time trying such authentic and delicious Korean Jjajangmyeon and Sweet and Sour Pork, and my Korean food cravings were immensely satisfied. A friend introduced me to this place and highly recommended their stir-fried Jjajangmyeon. The taste was exceptionally good, with a rich and intense flavor of Jjajang and seafood ๐ฆ. The Jjajangmyeon has a sweeter taste, and I absolutely love both sweet and savory flavors ๐ฅฐ. Plus, the serving size is huge, it feels like it's enough for three people. They also put in a generous amount of seafood, and it's stir-fried to perfection ๐. ๐คฉI'm also a huge fan of Sweet and Sour Pork. I've always loved dishes like sweet and sour pork and pot stickers. Here, they serve you deep-fried Sweet and Sour Pork with a bowl of sweet and sour sauce. You can choose to dip the pork in the sauce or pour it over. The Sweet and Sour Pork is fried to a super crispy texture, just like little crispy meat. The sweet and sour sauce is the soul of the dish; when poured over, it gives a very appealing color, and the meat remains incredibly crispy. ๐ฅธBoth the Sweet and Sour Pork and Jjajangmyeon are a must-order in my opinion. They also offer a traditional non-stir-fried version of Jjajangmyeon, which I think would be great too. Along with two other friends, we also ordered seafood noodles and beef bone soup noodles. The broths were quite rich, but none of them were as impressive as the Jjajangmyeon. The spicy seafood noodles would be even better! They also included a lot of seafood. The beef bone soup noodles had a very fresh and delicious broth, and the noodles were all very chewy! #ChicagoKoreanCuisine #ChicagoFood #ChicagoExploration #ChicagoFunAndDine #ChicagoJjajangmyeon
