Chicago Late-Night Skewers 🌟 Cylinder Meat

My absolute favorite is the Hot Pot Lamb Stew. Traditionally slow-cooked in a porcelain cylinder, the lamb leg meat is incredibly tender, with the fibers infused with the sweetness of radish and carrot. The lamb broth is super rich and flavorful, with a hint of creaminess that is very soothing to the stomach. ✨ Bullfrog and Chicken The spicy sauce is absolutely amazing. The bullfrog legs are thick and smooth, and in my opinion, even better than chicken 🍗. The more you cook it, the more flavorful it gets! The portion is so large that even after eating for a while, it still looks untouched. 🌟 Naan with Stir-Fried Cabbage The cabbage is perfectly stir-fried, crispy and sweet! The naan 🫓 is shiny, crispy, and flaky! 💗 Cold Dishes: 🌟 Spicy Chicken It’s very refreshing and appetizing. The chicken is lean but not tough, tender and not chewy! The seasoning is numbing and fragrant without being too overpowering. The sweet and crunchy onions🧅 are the soul of the dish! 💗 Grilled Skewers: 🌟 Lamb Skewers The lamb is 30% fat and 70% lean. The fat renders down to release the lamb’s aroma, while the lean part locks in the juices. It’s not gamey at all and highly recommended! ✨ Flames Mountain Rack Meat The sizzling lamb rack is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, sprinkled with cumin and chili 🌶️ powder. It’s just a bit tricky to remove from the rack. ✨ Grilled Beef Tripe Thick slices of beef tripe brushed with a secret spicy sauce. The outer layer is crispy, the middle is chewy, and the inside retains a gelatinous, sticky texture. One skewer after another, it’s hard to stop! #ChicagoFood #ChicagoLife #LifeInNorthAmerica #UniversityofChicago #ChicagoExploration
