Chicago Michelin 2-Star EVER — Review & Menu Highlights ✨
Located in the West Loop near Fulton Market, the area feels open and spacious. Valet parking is available at the entrance. Stepping inside, the ambiance is dim, elegant, and moody with high ceilings that create a relaxed, airy feel. Tables are well-spaced — great for conversation and privacy. Service was impeccable — from seating assistance to course pacing, everything felt polished and professional. Oh, and the restroom soundtrack is a fun little surprise 😉. We were also kindly invited for a kitchen tour — a memorable extra touch! Overall a lovely experience — even the butter flower served with bread was artfully presented 🧈🌼. 📜 Tasting Menu Highlights: ☀️ Oscietra Grand Reserve Caviar celery root, potato, lemon balm 🌱 English Pea black garlic, grains, tendrils 🥒 Asparagus (set like jelly) lemon, brown butter, dill 🐟 Halibut coconut, squash, nasturtium 🐚 Scallop mandarin, mustard, fennel 🥔 Potato picholine olive, vanilla, sheep sorrel 🥩 Miyazaki Wagyu sunchoke, peanut, basil 🍌 Banana hibiscus, passion fruit, hoja santa 🍫 Chocolate (most playful — gently tap to reveal hidden treats inside!) jasmine, strawberry, mint 🍬 Tiny Sweets (served on a wooden block) caramel, blackberry, yuzu #ChicagoEats #Michelin2Star #Ever #FineDining #WestLoop #TastingMenu #FoodArt
