This spring break I went to Mexico 🇲🇽 And coincidentally, this season’s menu theme is "Topolo Goes on Spring Break" — aiming to take diners on a flavorful tour of Mexico’s coastal vibes in every bite! The dining experience starts with drinks and small bites in the lounge (🍸), then moves to the main dining room (🍽️). Overall, the food lived up to its Michelin star—thoughtful and creative. You can tell the chef tried to elevate burritos and tacos, and the two desserts totally gave off vacation energy 🏝️.
