Their sago is cooked to perfection, super chewy and bouncy, and the mango cubes are cut very evenly! Overall, the control of each ingredient is spot on, and finally, adding a large mango ice cream ball instantly elevates the texture.π ππThe Snow White Mango Black Glutinous Rice is my favorite! It contains coconut milk and sago cream, giving a rich overall texture. The chewiness of the black rice, the bounce of the sago, and the smoothness of the mango all complement each other, making it really great.π πππYou definitely have to order the crepes! This shop is currently the only one in Chicago that makes crepes! The cream is sweet yet not overpowering, and you can choose between durian and mango flavors. ππππThe shop also offers many additional ingredients such as red beans, white jelly, and grass jelly for you to mix and match, which is really convenient!
