Elske is a truly worthwhile Nordic dining experience. I used to think Nordic cuisine was simple and limited, but after visiting Elske, I was amazed by its diverse dishes, healthy natural ingredients, and expert pairing of meat with seasonal vegetables, fruits, and herbs.😊💕 It even made me understand why spices became a strategic resource in Dune—once basic needs are met, refined flavor combinations, innovative techniques, and aromatic herbs become the new frontier. Elske excels at this.😘❤️ We each ordered a tasting menu and were served 7–8 courses including desserts. Each dish offered a unique and memorable flavor experience, with no repetition. Though each was just a small bite, it felt perfectly satisfying.
