Full disclosure — I’m still new to omakase, but Aji feels like solid value for Chicago with authentic counter seating experience. Their menu leans heavily on fish varieties, though uni and wagyu are also included. The standout bite for me was definitely the uni + tuna + caviar hand roll — absolutely incredible!💕😘 I also ordered sake which paired nicely. One cool touch: they have this LEGO-like digital screen that scrolls through the menu with detailed descriptions.
