Chicago One-Michelin-Star|Elizabeth — 10th Anniversary Menu 💐
So beautiful and incredibly delicious!! Way better than Boka in my opinion. Desserts were a letdown, but several courses genuinely wowed me. The 10th Anniversary Menu is totally worth it.💕👌 The first dish instantly brought back childhood memories of roasting oranges by the river 🍊😭 Layers and texture were wonderfully complex. The chef’s skill with simple ingredients is seriously impressive. The floral presentation was too gorgeous to eat 💐✨ The cheese board on bread—especially the green herb cheese—was fresh and delicious.🙌 The smoked chicken was crispy-skinned, tender, and fragrant, paired perfectly with cauliflower slices. The add-on scallop course was innovative and tasty—served with daikon, soft and fresh. The flavors blended so well you almost forgot it was scallop! I heard it was their first time making it—I praised it a lot and really hope they add it to the regular menu.😁👍 The final candy treats were yummy too (just no space in the pics!).
