Entre Sueños means “between dreams.” Chef Stephen Sandoval (formerly of Leña Brava) spent a year traveling through Spain before launching his own pop‑up dinners. Each meal showcases his mastery of wood‑fire cooking and thoughtful blending of culinary traditions. The evening began with Spanish conservas mussels, followed by three varieties of oysters.😘😊 Small plates included smoked yellowfin tuna and wood‑grilled shrimp.😍❤️ A highlight was the turbot salad — not often seen on menus — and the showstopping roast suckling pig.
