This time, Iโm checking in at Chicagoโs most famous traditional seafood and steak house ๐ Joeโs Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab! Because itโs so popular, you absolutely must make a reservation, babies! I booked a dinner slot for around 7 PM, but even with a reservation, I had to wait 20 minutes due to the crowd. But fortunately, the service attitude was pretty good, and they comped us two glasses of ๐ท. ๐ฆ FLORIDA STONE CRAB ๐๐๐๐๐ Their stone crab is the most famous. I ordered their signature large crab claws, and they did not disappoint! ๐ฆ The crab meat was sweet and firm, with each bite full of the taste of the ocean, paired with ๐ juice, the texture was out of this world! Especially during the harvest season from mid-October to early May, itโs even more delicious. ๐ฅฉ BONE-IN FILET MIGNON ๐๐๐๐๐ The steak was cooked to perfection, with a golden-brown crust and a layer of crispiness on the outside, while the meat inside remained tender and juicy. Every bite was filled with the rich flavor of beef๏ฝ Truly ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฅฉ STEAK TARTARE ๐๐๐๐๐ The beef was very fresh! The egg had a great texture. Babies, you can confidently order this; it wonโt disappoint you ๐ ๐ SPINACH STUFFED MUSHROOMS ๐๐ These mushrooms were tiny, just a bite each, and they looked very appealing. However, they were too salty; even with my preference for strong flavors, it was a bit much for me ๐ฅน Joeโs Seafood is not only about classic steaks; the freshness of the seafood gets a full score!
