Chicago Restaurant Exploration | Steak House Joe’s Seafood 🥩

This time, I’m checking in at Chicago’s most famous traditional seafood and steak house 🌟 Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab! Because it’s so popular, you absolutely must make a reservation, babies! I booked a dinner slot for around 7 PM, but even with a reservation, I had to wait 20 minutes due to the crowd. But fortunately, the service attitude was pretty good, and they comped us two glasses of 🍷. 🦀 FLORIDA STONE CRAB 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Their stone crab is the most famous. I ordered their signature large crab claws, and they did not disappoint! 🦀 The crab meat was sweet and firm, with each bite full of the taste of the ocean, paired with 🍋 juice, the texture was out of this world! Especially during the harvest season from mid-October to early May, it’s even more delicious. 🥩 BONE-IN FILET MIGNON 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The steak was cooked to perfection, with a golden-brown crust and a layer of crispiness on the outside, while the meat inside remained tender and juicy. Every bite was filled with the rich flavor of beef～ Truly 😋 🥚🥩 STEAK TARTARE 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The beef was very fresh! The egg had a great texture. Babies, you can confidently order this; it won’t disappoint you 😋 🍄 SPINACH STUFFED MUSHROOMS 🌟🌟 These mushrooms were tiny, just a bite each, and they looked very appealing. However, they were too salty; even with my preference for strong flavors, it was a bit much for me 🥹 Joe’s Seafood is not only about classic steaks; the freshness of the seafood gets a full score!
