Chicago Restaurant Review|Heritage Restaurant & Caviar Bar 🥂

This place is so fascinating—it looks extravagant with caviar, Iberico ham, and more, but every bite feels surprisingly balanced. Got carried away writing this review because it’s just that interesting!❤️😍 The trio behind it: couple Tiff & Guy, and their friend Shane Zimmerman—yes, that name! Shane is a Korean-American adopted by a Jewish family and raised in Ohio. Both he and Guy are obsessed with food science, leading them to create amazing Korean-style anju (drinking food) and kimchi. Guy’s Eastern European roots explain the love for caviar and pickles. What seems like a wild mix actually has brilliant harmony.👌😁 Tiff is equally lively and passionate—she told us after trying Shane’s apple sauce with lamb dumplings for the first time, she did a cartwheel in excitement, pulled her hamstring, but still ran downstairs to tell Shane, “It’s a winner!” You can really feel their passion when dining there—such a joyful experience.💕😘 Highly recommend the Happy Hour menu—shockingly affordable yet top-tier quality. 📍 2700 W Chicago Ave, Chicago #ChicagoEats #HeritageChicago #CaviarBar #HappyHour #FoodScience #KoreanFusion
