Chicago Restaurant Review|Mariscos San Pedro

Our family has been fans of Oliver Polivey since visiting Le Bouchon. This June, he teamed up for the third time with Hispanic chef Marcos Ascencio and pastry chef Antonio Incandela to open Mariscos San Pedro in Chicago’s historic Pilsen neighborhood.🙌😊 The restaurant honors Mexican tradition and history while bringing thoughtful innovation through French culinary techniques and experience. Honestly—so impressive 👏 Correction: In my original post, I mistakenly referred to salsa verde—it’s actually aguachile (“chili water”), much lighter than salsa and perfect for summer.👍😂 📍 1227 W 18th St, Chicago #ChicagoEats #MariscosSanPedro #MexicanSeafood #PilsenChicago #OliverPolivey
