First time tasting pepperleaf — like a minty herb, paired perfectly with soft chocolate. 🦪 Oyster — Topped with beer foam and spicy salsa — layers of flavor. 🍣 Ceviche-style fish — With green pepper and chive sauce (a bit spicy for me 🌶️). 🦐 Shrimp with chorizo crumbles — A tad salty but super aromatic. 🐑 Lamb Chop — Not the most tender, but the sweet glaze cut through the richness nicely. 🥭 Mango purée + sour orange — Honestly too tangy for my taste. Overall, really enjoyed this spot! Service was excellent — detailed dish introductions and they even folded my napkin when I stepped away 🧺.
