Highly recommend 👍 Almost every dish offered unique flavor combinations I hadn’t tried before. Creative and refreshing! ✨ [ Course I - Choose 2 of 3 ] 🔸 Salad Rating: 🌕🌕🌗🌑🌑 Not entirely sure what was in it—mostly root vegetables and little white bits that tasted like noodles. Light, refreshing, and appetizing! 🔸 Foie Gras Pâté with Bread Rating: 🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑 The bread had a texture like Chinese “fa gao” (steamed sponge cake). The two spreads looked identical but were totally different! The lighter one was foie gras pâté—rich and aromatic. The darker one was saltier and not my favorite.
