Chicago Restaurant Week | A Michelin-Level Meal for Just $24 Per Perso
If you haven't read this guide yet, you're missing out — even though I'm posting it a little late! Chicago Restaurant Week happens during the last week of January every year. If you time it right, you can enjoy top-tier dining at the most affordable prices. Many Michelin-level restaurants in Chicago offer special Restaurant Week menus, usually around $25 per person! This year, I visited the legendary Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab 🍴. It's a paradise for seafood lovers! Normally, this upscale restaurant would cost at least $60–70 per person, but during Restaurant Week, you can enjoy a full meal for just $24! As the name suggests, stone crab is their specialty — don’t hold back, order it generously! You won’t regret it… the freshness is literally tear-worthy 😭🦀. Service: Absolutely exceptional 🏆 (They even serve lemon water for hand rinsing — no expense spared!). The waitstaff’s patience and attentiveness could fill a dissertation — truly impressive! Tips: 1️⃣ Reserve early! We booked our table two weeks in advance for Restaurant Week. 2️⃣ Ask for the Restaurant Week menu — the price difference is significant. It’s a special menu, not just a discount! 3️⃣ Arrive earlier than your reservation time — unlike us, who waited what felt like forever ⏳! 4️⃣ Desserts aren’t their strong suit — maybe don’t order too many 🍰. 5️⃣ YOU MUST TRY THEIR CRAB — promise me, you won’t regret it! 🤝💖 #ChicagoRestaurantWeek #MichelinMealOnABudget #JoeSeafoodChicago #SeafoodLover
