Chicago Restaurant Week | Amaru

Went to Amaru over the weekend — a Latin American spot that I really enjoyed! 🥰 They offered two dinner options: $45 and $60. We tried one of each and portions were totally satisfying.😘👍 For starters, I’d recommend the ceviche over the sope — the sope tasted too similar to the ox tail main course. The $60 menu lets you add octopus and steak — totally worth it, both were delicious! Though the steak could have been a bit more tender 😉. The restaurant vibe was great, though the tables felt a bit close together — seating was a little tight.
