Starts with a homemade mozzarella shooter paired with miso tomato juice β umami-packed and tangy, a perfect appetite-opener. π Arancini with tonnato sauce β solid, no complaints. π€ Main: Calabrian chili pan-seared prawns with roasted potatoes (edges slightly burnt β almost tasted like bacon!). Crispy and delicious. π₯ Pasta β Had to order the Raviolo! Bursts with egg yolk, filled with truffle ricotta, and coated in a perfectly balanced red wine vinegar brown butter sauce.
