(⭐⭐⭐⭐) 2️⃣ Chicken Mole Poblano — grilled chicken breast with rich mole sauce (cocoa-infused, savory-sweet), served with charred broccoli — unique and delicious! 3️⃣ Mantaraya al Cilantro — originally skate wing, but they swapped in salmon that day 🍣. Pan-seared and tender. 4️⃣ Milanesa de Berenjena — crispy fried eggplant steak — surprisingly delightful texture! 🥑 Just Okay / Neutral: 1️⃣ Tamales de Elote, Esquites Fritos — sweet corn tamales with a slightly gamey note. Not for those sensitive to that flavor. 2️⃣ Desserts (on the sweeter side): Cuatro Leches Cake — moist and soft, with crispy almond slices.
