Chicago Restaurant Week Pick – Hidden Gem Mexican Spot

I absolutely LOVE this place—rarely share it with others! It’s called Kie-gol-lanee. The original location is in Argyle/Uptown and has been featured in the Michelin Guide for several years. Last year, they opened a second spot in Logan Square.👍😘 How do I put it… I’d recommend this restaurant to those who genuinely appreciate and enjoy authentic Mexican flavors. If you go, you MUST try their house-made mole sauce Mole originated from Oaxaca, and they specialize in Oaxacan cuisine—highly, highly recommended!👌💕 Also, head to their Logan Square location for brunch, and don’t miss their Mexican hot chocolate—spicy, fragrant, and so comforting.
