Chicago Restaurant Week Recommendation|Restaurant Weeks 🥩

2021 Chicago Restaurant Week is here! I highly recommend this steakhouse — usually Restaurant Week sets leave you hungry, but this place is so filling and totally worth it! Restaurant: The Capital Grille Address: 633 N St Clair St, Chicago, IL 60611 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Main Course: Picture 1: My husband ordered the Bone-in Dry Aged NY Strip (Medium Rare) 🥩 — a huge cut! Dry-aged steak is their specialty, a must-order! Picture 2: I had the Filet Mignon (Medium) — looks small but super thick. Both steaks were incredibly tender and flavorful 😍👌 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Appetizers: The salad was okay, good for balancing the richness 🥗 But the Clam Chowder 👍👍👍 — highly recommended, so delicious! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dessert: Go for the Crème Brûlée — sweet, smooth, and perfect 🍮 The chocolate cake-like dessert was sticky and just average 🍫 🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷 Drinks: The set doesn’t include drinks, but definitely order a glass of sparkling wine or red wine! A sip with each bite of steak — perfect pairing and cuts the richness. You’re already here, treat yourself! I got the first sparkling wine on the list, $10/glass — no bitterness, nicely balanced sweet & tart, gentle bubbles 🥂 My husband ordered the second red wine on the list, $17/glass — super smooth with a hint of bitterness at the end, not astringent, and a pleasant aftertaste 🍷 🎀🎀🎀 Final Thoughts: If you’re worried about Restaurant Week disappointments, this place won’t let you down! A regular steak here costs around $50, so Restaurant Week is a steal 💰 Their website can be slow, so be patient 😅 or try calling for reservations! #ChicagoRestaurantWeek #TheCapitalGrille #SteakLovers #DryAgedSteak #ChicagoFood
