Recently visited a friend in South Loop and discovered thereβs now a conveyor belt sushi restaurant there! The rotating sushi format is super intuitive and perfect for introverts β you can see everything right in front of you. Everything looked fresh, and each plate had a label describing the ingredients. Portions are generous, and since the place is popular, plates get taken quickly and replenished often β no worries about food sitting out too long. Rum + mango β refreshing, sweet, and pretty to look at, like drinking tropical juice.
