Chicago Speakeasy Series — Pigtail (My Current Favorite) 🐷

Yesterday I shared my visit to Jaleo, but the real surprise was discovering this stunning speakeasy cocktail bar tucked underneath — Pigtail. As soon as you step inside, you’ll notice pig‑tail motifs everywhere. Right after seating, our server brought over two complimentary glasses of sherry ) — sweet, smooth, and a lovely welcome. 🌸 Floral Cloud A blend of gin and cherry liqueur, finished with a mist of hibiscus, rose, and orange liquid nitrogen — ethereal, fragrant, and lightly floral. 🍹 Creative Mocktails Even my husband, who usually avoids non‑alcoholic drinks, was tempted. He tried La Placita — almost like a dessert in both portion and flavor, bursting with coconut, pineapple, vanilla, and tropical vibes. 🧀 Croqueta Even though we’d already eaten upstairs, we couldn’t resist pairing our drinks with a snack. The croqueta arrived with melted cheese still oozing — absolutely delicious. Next time, I’m coming back for their cocktail and bites tasting menu! 💌 The Bill Served in an adorable pig‑shaped container with the receipt folded into a heart — so cute! 🚪 The Entrance You’ll need to be escorted in by the host at the door. This place is insta‑worthy, pink, chic, and full of charm — perfect for a girls’ night out or a cute date. Honestly, it’s my recent favorite (who doesn’t love a place that’s both pretty and polished?).
