Coda di Volpe โ A Cozy Neighborhood Gem ๐
Recently went with my sister to a cat cafรฉ, then wandered nearby for dinner and stumbled upon Coda di Volpe. ๐ Tomato pasta with meatballs, topped with a baked burrata โ creamy, meaty, and tangy all at once. Absolutely loved it! ๐ง๐ ๐ Crab mafaldine with a light lemon sauce and generous crab meat โ fresh and satisfying. ๐ฆ๐ ๐ Special of the night: oxtail ravioli โ rich, tender, and deeply flavorful. We only managed to finish one of the two large ravioli between us โ the rest came home as leftovers. ๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐ The only letdown: grilled octopus appetizer. I expected whole tentacles, but it was more like a chopped salad with tiny pieces of octopus โ almost seemed like just one tentacle diced up. Not recommended. The restaurantโs vibe is warm and welcoming โ a classic corner trattoria feel. A friend mentioned their pizza is actually better than the pasta โ Iโll definitely be back to try that next time!
