Sweet Cow🐄: Stumbled upon this unique ice cream shop while visiting Boulder. It's a chain with multiple locations, but only in Colorado! Gotta say, American ice cream is seriously generous with portions 😜. I tried the Mint Chocolate Chip and Vegan Chocolate Banana. 😋The texture wasn't too thin—maybe they don't go overboard with cream—but the mint chocolate chip ice cream was genuinely delicious. Josh & John’s🍦: This one's located in downtown Colorado Springs! It's a charming small town, and the ice cream shop was pretty crowded. 🥙I spotted "Purple Mountain Majesty" and ordered it right away—turned out to be taro flavor! The purple taro ice cream looked gorgeous, and I paired it with mint chocolate again because it's just so refreshing! Whole Foods🍰: Last but not least, the ice cream cake from Whole Foods!
