Located right across from the Hilton — probably part of the hotel group. The whole place gives off an oven-cooked vibe with its high ceilings and cozy ambiance — a warm contrast to the heavy snow outside ❄️🔥. 🥩 Wagyu Tartare The beef had a nice chew, topped with cheese, but overall tasted tangy and appetizing. Served with bread and crispy fried garlic chips — really fragrant! The portion was decent, though it got a bit rich toward the end. 🍗 Wood Oven Chicken Huge — looked like half a chicken. Tomato-cheese flavor with a touch of spice (the server said many guests find it very spicy… probably non-Asian folks lol 😆). The leg part was delicious — tender meat, crispy skin. The breast half was less impressive — dry and less flavorful. 🍎 Apple Tart Solid dessert! Cinnamon apple tart with cilantro ice cream.
