A fully plant-based spot with minimalist white decor and lots of greenery — super photogenic! 📸 🫛 Appetizer — Honeynut Squash Called squash but only a tiny piece — mostly beans at the bottom (pretty average). The squash itself was sweet and delicious, roasted until caramelized… but way too little! 🫛 Mains — Both mushroom-focused Koji Glazed Maitake Mushroom Pretty good — light smoky flavor, served with cabbage and a nutty bean base. Seasoning had a subtle tangy-spicy kick — overall fresh and light. Sautéed Wild Mushroom A bowl of mushrooms over rice — sauce was plentiful and very creamy. 🫛 Dessert — Choux au Craquelin Pistachio cream puff!
