Creative Chicago Cuisine — SO DELICIOUS!! Let’s Gooo! 🔥
❤️ Rosemary – A Fusion of Croatian & Italian Cuisine ❤️ Reviews were mixed, so we went in with some hesitation… but after trying it, we can confirm: totally worth it! Girls, go for it boldly~ 💃 📍 932 West Fulton Street, Chicago, IL 60607 🍞 Stracciatella – Italian cheese salad paired with Croatian bread. The bread, called Lepinja, is a traditional Croatian flatbread—crispy and salted outside, soft and fluffy inside. The cheese salad is made in the traditional Italian style, savory-sweet and rich in dairy flavor. Seasonal ingredients included figs this time—sweet and delicious! Eating the bread dipped in cheese is a true fusion experience worth trying. 🌟🌟🌟 🍝 Mafaldine – Lamb pasta with no gamey taste at all! The seasoning is similar to classic meat sauce. What surprised me was the pasta itself—thick, wide ribbons with a wonderful chew. Recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🥩 Dry Aged Strip – Dry-aged steak. The aging process makes the meat more tender and flavorful—truly amazing. The red peppers served alongside were a highlight: not spicy, but sweet and tangy, perfectly cutting through the richness. Still makes my mouth water thinking about it! 🤤 Super recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🍫 Chocolate Budino – Also delicious! Topped with vanilla ice cream, a middle layer of cookie crumbs, and a rich chocolate lava base. A touch of sea salt is sprinkled throughout. Scooping through all three layers gives you an incredible mix of textures. Recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 📝 In summary: No disappointments here—definitely a spot we’ll revisit! 💡 Friendly tip: If you want a prime dinner reservation, book 2–3 weeks in advance. We booked for 4:30 PM (off-peak time) just three days ahead, and by 6 PM the place was completely packed! #TasteTheWorld #StudentFoodGuide #HiddenGems #FoodExploration #ChicagoEats #FusionFood
