This spot is small, super chill — felt comfortable the moment we sat down. Tried three dishes: 🥐 Sausage in Puff Pastry with Pistachio Mustard The pastry was incredibly crispy, not greasy at all. The sausage was flavorful, and the pistachio mustard added a nutty, slightly spicy kick that kept it light and balanced. (Pastry-wrapped sausage can be tricky — they nailed it.) 🍘 Sweetbread Schnitzel with Ravigote & Pomelo Sounds unusual, but it was fried perfectly — crispy outside, tender and creamy inside. The tangy, herby ravigote sauce and refreshing pomelo cut through the richness. Only note: it got a bit bitter toward the end. 🦐 Shrimp Tartare “Gribiche” Fresh shrimp with a bright, tangy-salty dressing — light yet flavorful, and very appetizing.
