Dallas Food Diary: 3 Days of Eating & Drinking 📝
🥨 JOA GRILL | Korean BBQ This Korean BBQ restaurant not only offers high-quality meat but also has a great atmosphere! 🍍We ordered the marbled beef and marinated short ribs, which were grilled to perfection—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. 🥐They were served with complimentary side dishes and fresh lettuce leaves. Highly recommend their bean sprout salad (sprouts) and Korean fried rice. 🍣 Hickory House Barbecue We tried the classic cheeseburger and smoked pork sandwich. The burger patty was juicy and flavorful, and the bun was toasted just right. 🌶️The portions were generous, and the prices were affordable—a full meal set costs only around $10-$15. 🥣 Sichuan Folk As a Sichuan cuisine lover, this restaurant really impressed me! The dining space was clean and bright, and the staff was friendly. 🍹The spicy stir-fry pot (Málà Xiāngguō) is a must-order—the ingredients were fresh, and the spice level can be adjusted. 🥝We chose medium spiciness, which was flavorful without being overwhelming. The dishes were served quickly, with our entire order arriving in less than 20 minutes. The prices were very reasonable. #DallasTravel #DallasFood #KoreanBBQ
