B2J Fish Soup Plano (B2J Fish Soup, also known as "Bu Er Jia" or "B2J" for short) Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The sauerkraut here is very tangy! If you love a good sour flavor, this place is for you. The restaurant is quite small, so there might be a bit of a wait, especially during peak hours. In the winter, standing outside can get pretty chilly. 🍜The Fish Soup deserves five stars! It's incredibly flavorful. This place also offers a choice of fish and beef combo or turning it into a beef-based soup. There are plenty of additional ingredients to choose from. We added luncheon meat, lotus root slices, and water bamboo shoots. The lotus root was particularly crispy and flavorful, and the luncheon meat was also quite good. 😋 The Fried Fresh Milk was a personal favorite. It's crispy on the outside, though the inside feels a bit starchy. Best enjoyed hot. The Fried Pork Rinds were decent—lean but not particularly outstanding. 🎵The Taro Powder was also good, similar to what you'd find in China, with a slight sour and spicy flavor, though it wasn't particularly chewy. The Wood Ear Mushrooms were pretty bland and didn't have much flavor. 🍢Overall, it's a pretty good experience. However, the Fish Soup does take a bit longer to arrive, while the side dishes come out faster. So, remember not to eat too many side dishes at the beginning, or you might not have room for the main course.
