Dallas is more than just barbecue

🍢Has the late-night dining hotspot in Dallas made a comeback? Is it really true that the "Fan Hua" restaurant next to the 99 Ranch Market in Frisco combines barbecue, live music, and a bar atmosphere all in one? It’s so amazing! I originally thought it was just an ordinary skewer bar—until the lamb skewers arrived. Each skewer was a meter long! It was actually half my height, and the meat was incredibly tender with a strong cumin aroma. Every bite was pure satisfaction. I happened to catch it on sale for just $14.88 (the original price was $19.99). The value for money was off the charts! I also ordered a few other barbecue items👇🏻 🐟I tried the baked smelt for the first time. The owner smiled and said it was very special and worth a try. He was right! The skin was crispy, and the meat was tender. There were even fish roe bursting with flavor. I’ll definitely order it again next time! 🦪The baked oysters were huge—one oyster was so large that it needed to be eaten in three bites. It was so satisfying! Two oysters for $18.88 was a great deal! The best part was yet to come— their dishes were amazing! 🐿️Squirrel fish slices: The sweet and sour flavor was perfectly crispy and had a rich texture. I was worried it might have an odd ketchup taste, but it didn’t at all. The sauce was spot on👍 It was so good that I could eat it with rice. It was delicious enough to lick the plate clean! Although I wish it was squirrel mandarin fish, with the whole fish split open and the tail sticking up, the original price was $29.99, but now it’s on sale for $19.99. What more could you ask for? 🐚Live clams: They were really fresh. I could eat them one after another without stopping. The seafood flavor was perfect. 🐸Spicy bullfrog: The owner kindly asked about the spiciness level. I chose mild, but it didn’t affect the taste at all. The meat was very plump, and the portion was generous. The dish was full of bullfrog, and the side dishes were also abundant. 🍜Tendon noodles: I had been craving this dish!
