True leadership is about: Taking initiative on things others overlook, criticize, or gossip about Embracing tasks that others avoid out of pride, fear, or insecurity Stepping forward even when you don’t feel fully ready or entirely prepared It’s not a position — it’s a mindset and a choice. 💫 Be the Leader of Your Own Journey I hope each of us can become a Leader — not just at work, but in our own lives. Don’t let bosses, colleagues, or even loved ones diminish your light. Mutual respect is essential — and if someone fails to respect you, simply smile softly.
