Delicious Dining at Four Seasons Chicago
Recently, I recommended the speakeasy-style Mile High Cocktail Club inside the Four Seasons, but since they don’t serve full dinners, today I’m sharing about Adorn — the hotel’s restaurant where you can enjoy a wonderful meal before (or after) drinks! 🥂 🍞 Bread Service Includes pita, white, and rye bread from Chicago’s own Publican Quality Bread. The most unique part? The “butter” is actually a burning candle made from wagyu tallow and rosemary! Once melted, it spreads onto the bread with a delicate herbal aroma 🕯️🌿. 🍞 Complimentary Sour Cream Brioche A light, tangy starter topped with shiny sweet-and-sour crystals — the perfect palate opener! 🍞 Smoked Beef Tartare Served under a cloche with dramatic smoke release at the table. Rich, smoky flavor paired with soft brioche — a delicious take on tartare. 🍞 Grilled Pork with Argentinian Chimichurri Perfectly cooked pork with a balance of lean and fatty cuts, served with roasted carrots and carrot purée for a touch of sweetness. 🍞 Grilled Lion’s Mane Mushroom Tossed in sweet-and-sour BBQ sauce, but unfortunately the texture was too soggy. We kindly let the server know, and they promptly replaced it. 🍞 Replacement Main: Seared Scallops Buttery sauce with toasted sesame seeds — each scallop was sweet, tender, and beautifully cooked. 🍞 Dessert: Pistachio Cake & Malt Ice Cream The pistachio cake was slightly sweet with a moist, soft texture (I loved it!). The malt ice cream balanced it perfectly. 🎄 Bonus: Hotel Lobby Christmas Tree During the holidays, they also offer afternoon tea right by the stunning tree — a lovely experience to share with friends 👭☕. 📍 Adorn 120 E Delaware Pl, 7th Floor, Chicago, IL 60611 #AdornChicago #FourSeasons #ChicagoFineDining #HolidayTea #SpecialOccasionDining
