The broth is very rich and has a buttery flavor. There’s a lot of scallion and green onion on top. Perfect for rainy days—it warms you up inside. I love the soft-boiled egg inside. On the second day, I added an extra egg. The portion is not very large, which is just right for girls. Guys might want to add extra noodles, meat, or eggs. But be warned, it can make your mouth dry after eating. 🍜 Miso Ramen A soy-based broth that’s saltier than the tonkotsu. 🥟 Chicken Potstickers Too greasy for my taste. I prefer the ramen.
