The stewed potatoes and green beans were especially delicious! 🫓 Scallion Pancake – Flaky, fragrant, and even better when dipped into the stew's savory tomato soup. 🐑 Cumin Lamb – Sadly no photo, but it was aromatic, tender, and packed with that signature cumin kick!
