Dining at Tasca El Pescador Seafood Restaurant in San Juan
šTasca El Pescador Seafood Restaurant š§”My wife and I were walking around San Juan around 8 p.m. looking for a place to eat. The bright storefront looked so inviting that we went in. š„£ The interior is small but cozy. Most of the diners (including a large party of 10) were speaking Spanish, and itās always nice to hear the locals in a restaurant. šµThe fish was displayed on ice, so you could see what would be served. When weāre at a new, unfamiliar restaurant, we ask the server for recommendations, and thatās what we did. š„ØWe ordered grilled octopus (delicious) as an appetizer, and then the fish arrived. The food was excellent, and outdoor dining is also available. šŗTasca El Pescador is located in the waterfront area of San Juan and is a family-run restaurant. We visited in the evening and chose the outdoor seating area. āØThe mofongo is made using traditional methods, with a smooth plantain mash. The seafood platter includes fish and octopus caught that day, and the octopus remains tender after being charcoal-grilled. #SanJuanDining #SeafoodRestaurant #FamilyRun #TascaElPescador
