Dining Experience in Condado, San Juan
馃嵐Orozco's Restaurant: While strolling through the Condado hotel district, we were drawn to this restaurant's open-air seating. The server warmly escorted us to our table and made a point of introducing the day's specials, which featured freshly arrived seafood. 馃崫The appetizer was a pleasant surprise鈥攃rispy fried seafood rings coated in a light batter, served with a lemon mustard sauce that had the distinct taste of freshly ground spices. My friend's shrimp pasta was indeed delightful, with a creamy yet light sauce and springy shrimp. 馃尰However, my whole fried fish was quite disappointing鈥攖he skin was overcooked and the flesh was dry, making it hard to enjoy without constantly squeezing lemon over it. 馃嵁The service pace was the most frustrating part. Although a sign on the wall noted that "dishes are made to order," waiting for an hour was excessive. 馃А During this time, servers passed by multiple times, but no one proactively checked on us or offered drink refills. #CondadoEats #OroscosRestaurant #SanJuan
